Culinary Demos/Private Classes
Lisa is available for community events, festivals, workshops or other functions that would be enhanced by a healthy eating culinary demo. Demos are usually 15 – 30 minutes in length and samples are usually available for the audience. Lisa is able to demo raw or cooked plant-based foods including soups, desserts, quick meals and snacks, salads and dressings, entrees or multiple courses.
Some venues that may benefit from a healthy culinary demonstration are churches, health facilities or health fairs, corporate events or classes, schools or culinary colleges, community gardens, support groups, health food stores, etc.
Private classes are also available for groups or one-on-one instruction in your home or venue. Classes usually feature multiple courses selected around a theme (Italian, Farmer’s Market Veggies, Low Fat) and are typically 2 – 4 hours long. Samples or full meals are shared.
Personal In-home Chef
Chef Lisa will shop for all the best available ingredients to make you and yours a a beautiful vegan meal for a special occasion, or healthy plant-based meals for the week. Or throw an all plant-based elegant dinner party for your friends with someone else doing all the work so you can actually enjoy the party!
All of the food will be prepared in your home and the kitchen will be sparkling clean afterwards. Weekly meals will be stored in your storage containers with reheating instructions.

We will start by discussing your food preferences, goals and how much time and energy you have to dedicate to meal planning and preparation. Then we will clean out and donate the items that no longer serve those goals and replace them with healthy foods and new tools that will help you stick to your plan.
Lisa will accompany you to the grocery store and help you shop for what you need and then you will collaboratively reorganize the pantry, refrigerator and storage spaces so that you can hit the ground running into your new healthy lifestyle.
